The terms and conditions of your reservation with us are listed, firstly the self catering apartments, followed by the guesthouse rooms…..

Terms & conditions on self catering apartments (see room conditions below)

  • Tariff applicable for May to September
  • Apartments can be rented per night subject to a three night minimum except in high season, prices include cleaning on departure.  High season is July & August where weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday are required.
  • Breakfast is optional and charged extra (see tariff page)
  • Cleaning is included on departure or every 7 days if rented for multiple weeks. Daily maid service is available for 30€ per day
  • Payment is due four weeks prior to arrival date (payable by credit card through paypal, paypal account or bank transfer). Sterling equivalent can be agreed and paid.  Please note we do not have credit card facilities for payment on the property for payment of any extras.
  • Cancellation Policy- No refund of monies paid if cancellation within 28 days of arrival unless a replacement booking is found.
  • Weekly Changeover day is Saturday
  • Check in between 4pm and 10pm (please note for the comfort of our other guests we strictly do not accept arrivals after 10pm)
  • Departure before 10am
  • No smoking in the apartments
  • Electricity, gas, water, towels and linen included in the price
  • Accommodation is required to be left as per departure instructions in regards to bins, laundry and leftover food
  • No security deposit taken but breakages caused by guests may be charged.

Terms & conditions for bed and breakfast rooms

  • Tariff for May to September, Minimum two night stay
  • No smoking in any of the rooms
  • No pets accepted in the rooms
  • Breakfast included in the price.
  • Arrival between 4pm – 10pm, please note for the comfort of our other guests we strictly do not accept arrivals after 10pm.
  • Departure before 11am
  • Payment on departure, in euros or sterling equivalent can be agreed and paid in advance.
  • Payment on departure in cash only . Please note that we are unable to accept credit cards for payment on the property. Room balances can be accepted by us via payable by credit card through paypal, paypal account or bank transfer up to 2 days prior to departure, however all commissions charged against us for these payments will be added to your final account.
  • Cancellation policy – Your reservation will be charged to your credit card details if cancellation is received 7 days or less from your arrival date unless a replacement booking is found.
